Acceptance of terms

By using the site, creating an account or purchasing a membership, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of service

Idan iD provides tools for planning workouts, recording bodyweight exercise progress and following predefined training guidance. Plans and guidance are intended for healthy adults and do not constitute medical or personal advice.

Age and capacity

The service and paid memberships are intended for people aged 18 or over. Anyone under 18 may use the service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms and responsibility for exercise selection.

Assumption of risk and user responsibility

Any use of the workouts, exercises and guidance in the app is at your own risk and based on your own judgment.

The service does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or individual supervision by a qualified professional. Stop training if you experience pain, dizziness or unusual symptoms and seek appropriate professional advice.

Choose progressions, loads and training volume that match your ability, equipment and environment. Do not perform any exercise that causes pain or that you do not understand how to do safely.

Training results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Images and content shown on the site reflect a personal journey only and are not a promise of any result.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for providing accurate information. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose, fraud or spam, infringe intellectual property rights, upload malicious content, probe or scan the service's security without permission, or attempt to bypass its technical limits.

Intellectual property ownership

The Idan iD service, content, software, exercise maps, training plans, text, images, trademarks and branding are the exclusive property of the business owner and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the service according to the membership you purchased. You may not copy, modify, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works from the service or any part of it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to your account, temporarily or permanently, in cases of: material breach of these terms; non-payment or a charge that does not complete successfully; suspected fraud, spam or security risk; repeated violations of the usage rules; or any use that may harm the service or other users.

After access ends, account information may be deleted or anonymised following a reasonable retention period, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and legal obligations.

Service provided as is — disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure or fit-for-purpose operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and accuracy. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from use of or inability to use the service.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law, such as in cases of fraud, death or personal injury.

Subscriptions and promotions

The membership is a digital-only service: online access to the website content and dashboard. No physical goods are sold or shipped, and no in-person or one-to-one training is included.

Any paid plan, renewal terms, cancellation method and final price are shown before payment. Promotional codes are subject to the conditions presented with the offer.

Membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the membership page, and access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all aspects of the purchase: payment processing, local tax collection where required, invoicing, subscription management, customer service inquiries and refund requests. Paddle's buyer terms are available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

Before purchase confirmation, the checkout will show the billing plan, number of charges in the period, amount of each charge, total for the period, transaction currency and applicable tax. If information differs, the final summary shown immediately before confirmation controls.

Refund policy

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
