What the service stores

Idan iD uses essential sign-in storage and browser storage for language, settings, training plans, timer values and exercise progress.

Why it is needed

This information keeps you signed in, protects your account and restores the choices and training records you asked the service to remember.

Optional services

Google sign-in is optional. When selected, Google may set or read information needed to complete authentication under its own terms.

Analytics

Idan iD does not currently load analytics or advertising tools. The site asks for a choice in advance so that, if such tools are added, they will not run without explicit consent. You may choose essential storage only.

Third-party services

The YouTube player loads only after you open a video. Google sign-in loads only after you choose it, and Paddle loads only when checkout opens. Those services may use storage under their own terms after you activate them.

Your controls

You can remove browser storage through your browser settings. Doing so may sign you out or remove unsynchronized preferences and progress from that device.
